3. Fees and Payment Terms
3.1 Success-Based Fees:
3.1.1 Fees are calculated as a percentage of the amount recovered, saved, or resolved during the dispute.
3.1.2 For example: If you are facing a £10,000 debt and we successfully clear this amount, our fee will be based on the £10,000 debt that has been resolved.
3.1.3 The standard fee is 15-20% of the total recovered unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to commencing services.
3.2 Subscription-Based Services:
3.2.1 For ongoing support, a monthly subscription fee may apply.

3.3 Payment Terms:

5.2 While we strive to achieve favourable outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for actions taken by telecom providers or regulatory bodies.

7. Dispute Resolution
